Aid To IBNU-Khaltum Integrated Program School In Africa
Sponsored Links
While in Africa, school supplies and more fun and games will be our priority when we return to the IBNU--Khaltum Africa School. I experienced first hand how much stress was caused by lack of basic supplies. Some of the classrooms didn't have a chair or desk for the teachers. There were no teaching manuals and limited supplies such as chalk and paper. The younger children sat on woven mats on the floor and every class was overcrowded. The students uniforms were in bad repair and only the more fortunate ones had lesson books.

Jim and I donated books and pencils for my classroom.
Through the profits realized from our first annual Garden Party Fundraiser, The Julia Project will be able to supply much needed school books, school supplies, fabric for school uniforms, and a treadle sewing machine for job training to the African children at IBNU-Khaltum Integrated Program School in Garissa, Kenya.
Would you like to get involved and help us in our efforts? Your donation could help relieve the many stresses at the school.
Donate to help kids. Together, we really can make a difference!
